Southford Falls S.P. is about half way between Danbury and Waterbury on Hwy 188. There's a nice little stream and lake there. The day I was there to get this photo the leaves were at peak season. One part of the trail was so covered in leaves you could no longer tell where the trail was. It was incredibly beautiful, I spent about 6 hours there walking around photographing. I did not want to leave. If you're ever in S.W. Conn. take a drive off the main road and see what I'm talking about. Five of the eleven Fall Foliage photos we have are from this park.
