RETURN POLICY FOR STANDARD SIZES

If you bought one of our pieces at an art show and we are still in town simply bring it back to the art show for a full refund. If we have already left town please call us and you can ship the piece back to us for a full refund. You are responsible for the costs involved in packaging and shipping the piece back to us. We also cannot be responsible for pieces lost or damaged during shipping so make sure the piece is packaged properly and insured. Sorry but we cannot incur the cost of shipping the piece back to us. We want to be fair, you picked out the piece at the show and took it home, get it back to us in the same condition it left our booth in and we will gladly refund your money. PLEASE CALL US TO MAKE SURE WE ARE HOME BEFORE SHIPPING THE PIECE BACK. Sometimes we do two or three shows in a row before returning home. If we are doing another show in your area or have to pass through your area to get to another show we will gladly stop by your home and pick up the piece on our way.

If you order a piece that we are shipping to you. You still get the same money back guarantee but we do not refund shipping charges. Simply put the artwork back in the same box we shipped it to you in and call UPS to have them bring the piece back to us. For your protection we strongly recommend insuring the package, we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged artwork. Again, we want to be fair about our refund policy. Get the piece back to us and we will refund the cost of the artwork. Patty is very meticulous with every piece she paints and we are confident that any piece she paints we can sell in our booth at a show. We simply cannot afford to incur shipping and return shipping costs. Some artists out there offer free shipping to their clients and then charge a restocking fee for returns. We do not charge restocking fees. We cannot get our money back from UPS if you decide to return your piece so we cannot refund shipping charges.
IF YOU ORDERED A PIECE IN A CUSTOM SIZE
We made this piece to fit your specific dimensions. It may take us longer to find someone that wants this piece in the size you ordered it in and to sell it. Return the piece back to us within 30 days and we will hang it in our booth and attempt to sell it as fast as we can. We will refund your money only after the piece sells. You are responsible for the costs involved in packaging and shipping the piece back to us. We have very, very few pieces returned to us. I have a stack of letters from people that have ordered from us and love what they received. Many of them go on to buy two or more additional pieces to add to their collection. We are in business and we want to stay in business. We realize the best way to do this is to make sure you are happy with every piece you buy from us. Our pieces are made to last. If you are skeptical about buying a piece of unseen art, I can certainly understand but please give us the opportunity to make you one of our many satisfied customers. If it's been longer than 30 days since you purchased your artwork we will work out refunds or exchanges on a case by case basis. Our main goal is still for you to be happy, no buyers remorse!
