WE WANT YOU TO LOVE EVERY PIECE YOU PURCHASE FROM US, WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY EVERY TIME YOU WALK PAST IT OR STARE INTO IT!  
Simply return your artwork to us within 30 days and we will cheerfully refund your money, no questions asked!

LIFETIME TRADE IN POLICY
Valid for any of our pieces purchased from 2005 through now  
We understand that everyone from time to time moves or redecorates and what you purchased from us may not go with your new home or new interior design.  Remember, we said we want you to happy with your purchase every time you walk past it!  Anytime after the 30 day refund policy has expired you can return your artwork to us and receive full credit towards the purchase of any of our other pictures, in any of our other sizes.  Sorry, we do not accept trade ins on pieces that were purchased beore 2005.  If we are coming to a show in your area, bring it back to the show, pick out something new, pay the difference, if any and you have a new piece of art!  Our artwork is made to last for 200 years, so, if you keep a piece for 5 years, we can still resell it and the new customers will still get 195 years of enjoyment from it before the colors start to fade.

IF YOU ORDERED A PIECE IN A CUSTOM SIZE
We made this piece to fit your specific dimensions.  It may take us longer to find someone that wants this piece in the size you ordered it in and to sell it.  Return the piece back to us within 30 days and we will hang it in our booth and attempt to sell it as fast as we can.   We will refund your money only after the piece sells.  You are responsible for the costs involved in packaging and shipping the piece back to us.  We also cannot be responsible for pieces lost or damaged during shipping so make sure the piece is packaged properly and insured.  Sorry but we cannot incur the cost of shipping the piece back to us.  
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU ORDER A PIECE OF ART AND
YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WHEN YOU GET IT?  
It doesn't happen often, but occasionally, we get a call from someone that orders a picture from us and they are not happy with how the picture and frame look.  We're only human and occasionally things don't come out the way you were expecting.  What separates us from every other artist we know is our money back guarantee AND lifetime trade in policy.  First, don't panic, call us and return the piece to us in the same crate we shipped it to you in.  Tell us where the piece failed to meet your expectations and we'll do our best to make the necessary corrections.  We'll email you a picture of the corrected artwork for your approval before shipping the piece the back to you.   If we can't make it right, we'll cheerfully refund your money.
Below is an actual email we received from one of our clients after we made changes to a frame that we remade for them:
Mike,
We received the picture, and it's just beautiful.  It's like a brand new picture all together.  The colors on the frame are much lighter and more of what we had in mind.  Thanks to you and Patty for being so accommodating.  We also received your check for half the shipping costs.  Doc said if you ever need to use us for references, please feel free.  You've both been a pleasure to do business with.

We have very, very few pieces returned to us.  I have a stack of letters from people that have ordered from us and love what they received.  Many of them go on to buy two or more additional pieces to add to their collection.  We are in business and we want to stay in business.
