 This waterfall is on private property. When we were doing an art show in Asheville a very nice lady invited us out take pictures of the waterfall on her property. She then ordered two pieces, one vertical and one horizontal of the waterfall. We love hiking and we love waterfalls. Hiking to a waterfall followed by a short swim has to be my favorite activity. Pictures like these bring back such great memories for me.
The waterfall in this photo appears to be very white and washed out. It is not like that in person. I've tried taking a picture of this picture over and over again always with the same result. This is a very popular picture for us, it looks better in person than I can make it look on the web.
