What sizes do the pieces come in? We offer everything from our standard sizes to custom make any of our pieces in any size you need. On our Finished Sizes chart you can see what our standard sizes are. An 8x10 photo in a 3.5 inch frame has a finished size of 15.5 inches by 17.5 inches. If these sizes will not work for you, give us exact dimensions and will make one to fit. I build all the frames myself so custom sizes do not bother us a bit!

How long will it take to get my artwork once I place an order? If we have the piece in stock it usually will go out UPS the following day. Delivery times vary from 1-5 days depending on what part of the country you live. If the piece is not in stock delivery time is generally 3-4 months. I know that's a long time but Patty stays busy trying to keep up. Special arrangements can be made if you need something sooner. Call or email us to see if we can have your piece done sooner.

Can you do one of our photos in a painted frame? Patty paints all the time and is backed up doing our photos so right now there is just no time to do others photos. She has done it in the past and on rare occasion agreed to do someone else's photo in one of our frames. The first time she paints a frame she has to decide how and what she's going to paint on it so it does take her extra time. The more she paints a frame with the same photo, the faster she gets painting it. We're only going to do another persons photo once so we have to charge more for doing it. If you have a great quality photo ( it's in focus all the way around) send it to us in a jpg file, tell us how large you want it done and we'll get back to you with an answer and possibly a price.

What if the colors don't match my room once I get my piece? SEND IT BACK! All of our pieces come with a money back guarantee. We'll give you a full refund for the piece minus shipping charges. If we custom make a piece for you we'll hang it in our booth and sell it, we'll refund your money once the piece sells. If you love the piece and it's just the wrong size we'll gladly remake it for you. We'll refund any difference if we remake it for you smaller and just charge you the price difference if we remake it for you larger.
