We do art shows in Atlanta several times a year and a few people kept asking about photos from Jekyll Island. On our drive up to North Carolina one year we decided to go up I-95 instead of I-75 and stop by Jekyll Island. We only spent one day there and lucked out with the weather and this shot. The north side of the island has this beach with these fallen oak trees and the day we were there the sky was really blue. The ripples in the sand really add a great deal to the photo and the frame.
