This photo was also taken by Patty on our first anniversary trip to California. We spent the day in Carmel and then drove on to Big Sur. Patty has a different eye than me and likes to experiment with the camera also. She does such a great job on the frames, she came up with the idea for painting a faux frame on the frame and then extending the picture onto the left side of the frame. She only did one like this and it sold pretty quickly. This piece can be done the traditional way we do it also, see below.
