 The Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, Yellowstone National Park, Wy.
This was one of those places I had to go to 3 separate days and on the third day waited around for 3 hours for the clouds to clear up enough and the sun to light the canyon. I knew it would be a beautiful shot if I could just get the right lighting conditions. This photo was taken with my 4x5 large format camera. Patty does such a great job on the frame for this piece, the rocks at the bottom of the frame are really impressive.
